Production process

Customer satisfaction is important to us at Sydenham Joinery. When you deal with us you'll find people always have time for you here. Getting the specifications right at the start is key, so we'll really listen to what you want and keep you involved in the process every step of the way.

Once your design is in production we'll assign a joiner to your job who'll keep in touch with you and answer any questions you might have.

 This is what happens:

• We'll talk to you about your requirements, look at ideas you like, come up with suggestions and help you design your kitchen or bathroom needs.

• If you have already chosen your own designer, we will meet with you both together to make sure we are giving you exactly what you want
• The designer will then provide you with concept plans
• If you like the concept, the designer will then draft more official, approved plans
• These plans are then sent to us so that we can price up your job
• We will discuss the different options available to you, such as granite bench tops, Formica bench tops, stainless steel or look at the materials of your choice
• Once you have approved the design and the price, your kitchen will be put into a calendar plan (suiting your contractors if you are renovating or building a new house)
• Once your kitchen design is underway we'll assign a joiner to your job who will keep you well informed of timelines and progress, and answer any questions you may have along the way
• Our installers will then work to ensure that your kitchen or new timber joinery fits like a charm and is ready for you to enjoy
